Quotes are provided for each item during the booking process and before any work begins. Costs vary depending on a few factors:
1. the complexity of the repair
2. the style/look/feel of the repair
3. how much time it will take
4. if any additional supplies need to be purchased—

+What is the turnaround time?+
Currently 4-6 weeks—I am a single person business providing services to an ever expanding community and I am so grateful for everyone who is supporting my business!
At this time, out of respect for me and the community I am serving, I cannot accept “rushed” requests, even in exchange for payment. Thank you for understanding and for your patience!
+is delivery/shipping available?+
Pick-up/delivery is available on request during the booking process for a $10 round trip, $5 one way (within greater Boston).
To avoid this fee, you can arrange to pick-up/drop off (in Boston). The full studio address will be provided during the booking process.
Shipping is also available via USPS, just ask!

+Do you accept alterations?+
On a case by case basis—alterations are time consuming and sometimes require multiple appointments for fitting. In order to best serve everyone, I prefer to focus on mending and repairing items. However, simple alterations can be made available upon request and inquiries are always welcome!

On a case by case basis—depending on how your item has been treated in the past, it may not be suitable for repair. However, inquires are always welcome!
(Leather oil/conditioning service is available for items like leather jackets or bags. No shoes, please.)
